Challenge
An insurance renewal required current roof condition documentation across nine buildings. Sending crews onto each roof would have taken a week and carried fall-protection exposure the facilities group wanted to avoid.
Scope
One operating day, nine sites, airspace reviewed and LAANC authorization filed in advance. Each roof was flown with a fixed nadir grid plus oblique passes of every penetration, drain, and seam.

Outcome
The complete documentation set was delivered the following morning. The adjuster completed the renewal review without a second site visit, and no personnel accessed a roof during the survey.
