Terms of Service

These terms apply to engagements with Global Professional Imaging unless superseded by a signed master services agreement or statement of work.

Scheduling and site access

Shoot dates are confirmed in writing. The client is responsible for site access, property owner authorization, and site readiness at the scheduled time. Shoots cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are rescheduled at no charge.

Weather and flight conditions

Aerial operations are subject to FAA regulations, airspace authorization, and safe operating conditions. Flights scrubbed for weather or airspace are rescheduled at no charge.

Delivery and revisions

Standard photography delivery is 48 hours from capture. Processed mapping data is delivered in three to five business days. Edited video includes two revision rounds unless the statement of work specifies otherwise.

Payment

Invoices are due on receipt unless Net 30 terms have been approved. Files are released on delivery; retained programs are invoiced on the agreed cycle.

Liability

Global Professional Imaging carries $1,000,000 general liability insurance. Liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
