Licensing and Usage Rights

Every deliverable produced by Global Professional Imaging carries defined usage rights, stated before work begins.

Real estate deliverables

The commissioning agent or brokerage receives a perpetual license to market the subject property, including MLS, portals, print, email, and social. The license covers the listing period and the agent's own portfolio use. Files may not be transferred to a subsequent listing agent or brokerage without a new license.

Corporate deliverables

Standard corporate engagements include a perpetual, worldwide license for the client's marketing, recruiting, investor, and internal use. Broadcast placement and paid media beyond the scoped channels are defined in the statement of work.

Aerial and inspection data

Inspection imagery, orthomosaics, models, and reports are licensed to the commissioning party for operational, insurance, engineering, and marketing use, including sharing with adjusters, engineers, and ownership.

Restrictions and retention

Deliverables may not be resold, sublicensed, or supplied to stock libraries. Global Professional Imaging retains copyright and the right to use work in its own portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Files are retained for 12 months with free re-delivery during that period.
