Challenge
Hiring across three plants was constrained by a shortage of current visual material. HR needed footage that showed real production floors and real employees without stopping the line.
Scope
Three capture days, one per plant, scheduled around shift changes. Six employee interviews, process b-roll on active lines, and exterior aerials of each campus, all under site safety supervision.

- —Eleven 9:16 vertical cutdowns for job boards and paid social
- —Three plant exterior aerial sequences
- —142 edited stills for careers pages and job postings
- —Licensed music and full usage rights for recruiting and marketing
Outcome
All deliverables were produced from the three original capture days with no reshoots, and the vertical cutdowns carried the hiring campaign across every open requisition.
